Our Projects
The Rob Burrow Centre for Motor Neurone Disease is a purpose-built facility located at Seacroft Hospital in Leeds bringing together specialist care, research and support services for MND under one roof.

Positioned beside GSK’s Stevenage hub, this 33-acre life sciences campus pioneers flexible, sustainable design for global biotech demand. Phase 1 delivers key infrastructure and R&D buildings with advanced SuDS for resilient, eco-conscious development. A bold leap in scientific innovation, engineered to evolve with the breakthroughs it will empower.
Elevate Quarter, Stevenage
A new innovative 4,067m² Teaching building which includes classrooms, learning resource spaces, administration spaces and ancillary spaces. Together with decanted space elsewhere on campus, the new building will increase capacity of the TU Dublin at Blanchardstown by 824 students.
Blanchardstown Campus, Technological University, Dublin
A phased redevelopment of a historic industrial site, providing multi-discipline services. The project includes 800,000 sq ft of mixed-use space, innovative stormwater management, and complex in-situ groundwater remediation of TCE contamination, coordinated alongside live construction and supported by detailed environmental assessments and regulatory engagement.

The Roundhouse is a ground-breaking leisure and community complex that aims to benefit all residents by helping them to live healthier, happier, more-connected lives on the Isle of Man.
